1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IsMyEmailBlacklisted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IsMyEmailBlacklisted provides email deliverability monitoring tools, including blacklist checking across 60 databases, DNS record analysis (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), and SMTP health verification. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized users
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to check domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Blacklist check results depend on third-party databases and may not always be available.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IsMyEmailBlacklisted is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: email delivery failures, inaccurate check results, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by IsMyEmailBlacklisted and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Check results generated for your domains belong to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
