Delisting Concierge
Blacklisted? We'll handle the removal for you.
Expert removal service for major blacklists. We're upfront about what we can do, what requires your involvement, and what simply takes time. $99 flat per removal, or included with the Agency plan.
How it works
You confirm you're listed
Run a free check above or paste the blacklist name. We verify the listing, identify the service tier, and start your case immediately.
We handle the removal
For Tier 1 blacklists, we prepare documentation and submit removal requests directly. For Tier 2, we diagnose the root cause and walk you through the self-service form step by step.
We monitor and confirm removal
We check for delisting and notify you the moment you're clean. Most removals complete within 24-72 hours. For auto-expiry lists, we track progress and alert you when clear.
What's included
- Review of why you were listed (root cause analysis)
- Removal request submission or guided self-service walkthrough
- Follow-up if the initial request isn't processed within 24 hours
- Confirmation notification when removed
- Recommendations to prevent re-listing
Three service tiers, zero guesswork
Not all blacklists work the same way. We match the right approach to each one so you know exactly what to expect.

Tier 3

What we can't do
We believe in transparency. Some blacklist situations are outside anyone's control, and we'd rather tell you upfront than take your money for something we can't deliver.
Auto-expiry blacklists
SpamCop and similar lists remove listings automatically once spam activity stops. We monitor and notify you, but cannot speed up the process.
Policy-based listings (Spamhaus PBL)
PBL lists IP ranges your ISP has designated as not authorized for direct email. Only your ISP can permanently remove these -- we can guide you through contacting them.
Network-level blocks (UCEPROTECT Level 2)
Level 2 lists entire /24 subnets based on other IPs in your range. This is a hosting provider reputation issue, not specific to your IP. We can help you request a different IP or contact your provider.
Pay-to-delist services (UCEPROTECT express removal)
UCEPROTECT offers paid express delisting. We recommend against paying -- the free auto-expiry works within 7 days and paying may incentivize further listings. We'll monitor until it clears.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me?
Just your domain or IP address and confirmation that you have admin access. For Tier 1, we handle all communication with the blacklist operator. For Tier 2, we prepare everything and walk you through submission. You never have to figure out the process yourself.
What if the delisting is denied?
We analyze the denial reason and help you fix the root cause before resubmitting. This is included at no extra charge. Common issues are open relays, compromised accounts, or insufficient SPF/DKIM setup -- we'll walk you through each fix.
Can you guarantee removal?
For Tier 1 blacklists (Spamhaus SBL, SURBL, Blocklist.de, DroneBL, NordSpam), we have a greater than 90% success rate on first submission when root causes are properly addressed. For Tier 2, success depends on resolving the underlying issue -- we guide you through it. For Tier 3 (SpamCop, UCEPROTECT, GBUdb, Mailspike), there is no manual removal process; these lists auto-expire and we monitor until you're clean. We'll always tell you which tier a blacklist falls into before you pay.
What about auto-expiry blacklists like SpamCop or UCEPROTECT?
SpamCop listings expire automatically within 24-48 hours once spam reports stop. UCEPROTECT Level 1 auto-expires after 7 days of clean sending. There is no way to speed this up -- anyone claiming otherwise is misleading you. We include monitoring for these lists with any paid plan at no extra charge, so you'll know the moment you're clear. We also help you fix the root cause so the listing doesn't return.
