Check your listing level
Visit www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php and enter your IP. Note whether you are listed on Level 1, 2, or 3 — each has different implications and resolution paths.
For Level 1: Wait for automatic expiry
Level 1 listings automatically expire after 7 days if no further spam is detected from your IP. Fix the spam source and wait. Do not pay for express delisting.
For Level 2/3: Contact your ISP
Level 2 and 3 are based on your network neighbors' behavior. Contact your hosting provider or ISP and report that their IP range/ASN is listed. They need to address the spam sources in their network.
Consider the impact
UCEPROTECT is not widely used by major email providers. If you are only listed on UCEPROTECT (not Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.), the impact on your deliverability is typically minimal.
