About Spamhaus PBL
The Spamhaus Policy Block List (PBL) lists IP ranges that ISPs and data centers have designated as not authorized to send email directly. It is not a blacklist of spam senders per se, but a policy-based list of IPs that should not send outbound SMTP.
Why am I listed?
IP ranges are submitted by ISPs and hosting providers to indicate their dynamic or end-user ranges that should not send email directly. This includes most residential and small business broadband IPs.
How to get delisted
Follow these steps in order to request removal from Spamhaus PBL.

If you are a legitimate mail server on a static IP, first verify with your ISP that your IP is not part of their PBL-submitted dynamic range.

Visit spamhaus.org/pbl for self-service removal if your ISP allows it.

Contact your ISP to request removal of your IP from their PBL submission.

Alternatively, use a smarthost or relay through your ISP's mail servers.

Note: this is a policy list — if your ISP submitted the range, only they can permanently remove it.
